The spiral shape allows you to obtain perfectly blended dough in just a few minutes. The machine is built to guarantee robustness over time and silence. The mixers can be equipped with a single-phase motor, three-phase motor, 2-speed three-phase motor and two-speed single-phase motor. Timer and wheel set included.
The spiral mixer is the ideal machine for working dough for pizzerias, pastry shops, bakeries and families. The particular shape of the spiral allows you to obtain perfectly blended dough in just a few minutes. The bowl, the spiral, the dough splitter and the protection grid are made of stainless steel in compliance with health regulations. The spiral mixer has a chain transmission system and oil bath gearmotor ensuring robustness over time and silence. The mixers can be equipped with: single-phase motor, three-phase motor, 2-speed three-phase motor and motor with special voltages. All machines are guaranteed for 1 year against mechanical manufacturing defects.
