- Blade cover, goods plate, slice adjustment bulkhead and fixed blade protection ring in aluminum with shiny anodic oxidation, so as to obtain a hygienically clean and anti-corrosion product
- Ventilated professional motor to limit heating and make it silent
- Blade holder mounted on double bearing which makes the slicer silent
- Professional hardened, ground and hard chrome-plated blade to maintain cutting efficiency for as long as possible
- Fixed sharpener with double emery for sharpening and deburring
- Fixed blade protection ring
- Product holder in aluminum protected with anodic oxidation
- Cutting thickness up to 14-16 millimeters
- Graduated knob for adjusting the cutting thickness
- Red and green switch for CEV control unit
