Available in the direct heating version for cooking liquid foods that do not require stirring and in the indirect heating version (gas and electric) for denser dishes, such as creams and sauces. The AISI 316 steel tank, highly resistant to corrosion from salt and sauces, can also be used by inserting baskets that allow the cooking of large quantities of vegetables. Cleaning and maintenance operations are facilitated by the rounded edges and the easily removable drain tap: any small spills drain into the hole in the top.

Worktop and front and side panels in 304 stainless steel. Stainless steel interior. Cooking container bottom in AISI 316 steel, thickness from 20 to 40/10, ideal for the treatment of acidic products. Cavity with bottom and walls in AISI 304 stainless steel, bottom thickness 20/10, walls thickness 15/10. Indirect heating with low pressure steam (0.5 bar), generated by optimized combustion stainless steel tubular burners, with thermocouple safety valve and protected pilot flame. Ignition via continuous discharge system. Hot and cold water refill taps located on the work surface with an articulated spout for filling and washing the container and the cavity. Temperature regulation via tap with minimum and maximum. Motorized tipping on the front axle. Supporting structure in 30/10 thick stainless steel.
