Available in the direct heating version for cooking liquid foods that do not require stirring and in the indirect heating version (gas and electric) for denser dishes, such as creams and sauces. The AISI 316 steel tank, highly resistant to corrosion from salt and sauces, can also be used by inserting baskets that allow the cooking of large quantities of vegetables. Cleaning and maintenance operations are facilitated by the rounded edges and the easily removable drain tap: any small spills drain into the hole in the top.

Worktop and front and side panels in AISI 304 stainless steel. Cooking container bottom in AISI 316 steel thickness from 20 to 40/10 ideal for the treatment of acidic products. Indirect steam heating. Power supply via shutter valve. Hot and cold water refill taps located on the worktop with an articulated spout for filling and washing the container. Optimization of the cooking temperature using a valve to regulate the steam flow. Motorized tipping on the front axle. Supporting structure in 30/10 thick stainless steel.
