Tilting pans are suitable for cooking large quantities of food, even with high acidity. Available in the direct heating version for cooking liquid foods that do not require stirring and in the indirect heating version (gas, electric and steam) for denser dishes, such as creams and sauces. The AISI 316 steel tank, highly resistant to corrosion from salt and sauces, can also be used by inserting baskets that allow the cooking of large quantities of vegetables. The motorized tipping on the front axle makes it easier for the operator to use and makes cleaning and maintenance operations easier. The supporting structure is made of 30/10 thick stainless steel.

Worktop and front and side panels in 304 stainless steel. Stainless steel interior. Cooking container bottom in AISI 316 steel thickness from 20 to 40/10 ideal for the treatment of acidic products. Cavity with bottom and walls in AISI 304 stainless steel. Indirect heating with low pressure steam (0.5 bar), generated inside the cavity via armored resistors in Incoloy-800 alloy. Hot and cold water refill taps located on the worktop with articulated spout for filling and washing the container and cavity. Mechanical pressure gauge with cavity pressure indicator. Power delivery regulated by a 3-position switch. Separate control for temperature regulation. Line indicator light and temperature indicator light. Motorized tipping on the front axle.
