Available in the direct heating version for cooking liquid foods that do not require stirring and in the indirect heating version (gas and electric) for denser dishes, such as creams and sauces. The AISI 316 steel tank, highly resistant to corrosion from salt and sauces, can also be used by inserting baskets that allow the cooking of large quantities of vegetables. Cleaning and maintenance operations are facilitated by the rounded edges and the easily removable drain tap: any small spills drain into the hole in the top.

Cooking container in AISI 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 15/10, bottom in AISI 316 stainless steel with a thickness of 20/10. Direct heating, generated by tubular stainless steel burners with optimized combustion, with thermocouple safety valve and protected pilot flame. Piezoelectric ignition with rubber protection. Hot and cold water refill taps located on the worktop with an articulated spout for filling and washing the container. 2 inch chromed brass drain tap with athermal handle.
