Equipped with a simple and practical tap, it can be used with any type of flour to create always different alternatives.
The use of polenta does not alter the final result: polenta is as good as hand-made polenta, but it gains in convenience and practicality.
Polentera, completely made of stainless steel, can be easily dismantled to facilitate cleaning.
