The gas oven is the one that can conceptually replace the wood oven with advantages such as ease of use and cleaning. There are 3 models of RISTOFAST gas ovens, depending on the maximum number of pizzas diam. 34cm which can accommodate: 4-6-9. Up to two chambers of the same model can be stacked and equipped with a support (with two heights available), neutral cells and an extraction hood for vapors only. Inside the aluminized sheet metal chamber, the particular shape of the steel deflectors allows the heat to be conveyed towards the perforated top of the chamber and consequently radiated onto the pizza.
