The water softener is completely autonomous and automatically adjusts its regeneration intervals based on the hardness of the incoming water. The regeneration of the resins occurs during the washing cycles, therefore no machine downtime is required; all you have to do is fill the salt tank whenever the “low salt” message appears on the display. The practical LCD display makes any operation simple, from changing the washing cycle to monitoring the status of the dishwasher. The wide variety of its parameters makes the dishwasher customizable based on your every need, from setting temperatures to detergents and washing times; the practical messages on the display will allow you to preserve the life of the dishwasher.

The hood dishwasher is the right solution for businesses that have to wash different types of dishes, proving capable of washing glasses, plates, medium-sized objects and GN 1/1 trays in just 620 mm of width, guaranteeing a maximum productivity of 60 baskets/hour (1080 plates/hour). The hood models are equipped with an easily removable basket support for easy cleaning and a rounded moulded tank with integral filters, to guarantee perfect drainage and absolute hygiene. The "PUSH TO START" cycle start system ensures less waste, preventing the start of empty wash cycles.

The electronic control allows you to manage various parameters to give you a high level of customization based on your needs while the self-diagnosis allows you to minimize machine downtime by already suggesting some simple operations to perform to resolve the situation. The self-cleaning cycle at the end of the day allows you to clean the washing tank and empty the boiler of hot water, thus preventing limescale formation inside it. Thanks to the Thermostop function, washing and rinsing only start once the desired temperature has been reached. The double peristaltic electric detergent and rinse aid dispenser installed as standard guarantees maximum results from each washing cycle with great savings due to the precise dosing managed by the electronic board; the printed washing and rinsing impellers instead ensure great reliability and durability over time. The body is entirely in AISI 304 steel and has been designed with all the components in the front part to allow easy assistance by the technician.
