Rounded upper surface in AISI 304 stainless steel with built-in smoke exhaust chimney. Cooking plate in polished AISI 430 steel, 15 mm thick: grooved. Splash guards in AISI 304 stainless steel. Front channel with drain hole and oil and grease collection drawer. Power control with thermostat switch; 50°C-240°C thermostat for the working temperature and safety thermostat with manual reset. Knobs and handles in athermal material. Height-adjustable feet in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel.
