A complete range of gas and electric fry tops with single or double steel or chrome plate to allow "contact" cooking of any type of food, even the most delicate dish. The uniform temperature distribution system guarantees optimal cooking without heat dispersion, with consequent advantages in terms of energy saving and improvement of the working environment. The cooking residues are conveyed into the appropriate channel and collected in a large drawer through the large drain hole. Optional high temperature resistant Teflon cap.

Temperature adjustment from 50°C. at 270°C. Line indicator light and temperature indicator light. Smooth satin steel plate with flush splashguard. Slightly inclined cooking surface with large drain hole and conveyor into a special liquid-tight container. Adjustable feet (version with cabinet).
