A complete range of gas and electric fry tops with single or double steel or chrome plates to allow “contact” cooking of any type of food, even the most delicate dishes. The uniform temperature distribution system guarantees optimal cooking without heat dispersion, with consequent advantages in terms of energy saving and improvement of the working environment. Cooking residues are conveyed into the appropriate channel and collected in a large drawer through the large drain hole. Optional: high temperature resistant Teflon cap.

Worktop and front panels in AISI 304 stainless steel. Large-surface tubular burners with self-stabilizing flame for greater uniformity of heat distribution. Regulation of the power output via a continuous operation tap. Pilot flame and thermocouple safety valve. Piezoelectric ignition with silicone protection. Maximum temperature over 300°C. Half smooth and half ribbed plate, in satin-finish steel with flush splash guard. Two zones with separate controls for independent and optimal temperature regulation. Slightly inclined cooking surface with large exhaust hole and conveyor in a special watertight container. Adjustable feet (version with cabinet).
