Designed mainly for restaurants, trattorias, farmhouses, small catering, small canteens. Business with a good amount of cutlery that wants to combine speed and ease of use, which often dries the cutlery in a single moment at the beginning or end of service.


AS START 12000 PIECES NOW

Mainly designed for large restaurants, catering, truck stops, company canteens. Activities with a significant quantity of cutlery, which want a versatile machine that allows continuous drying in a very short time.

The operation is very simple: the cutlery must be inserted wet, in handfuls, into the machine. This takes care of drying them in just a few seconds using corn cobs, a completely vegetal and non-toxic material. The cutlery is automatically ejected dry, shiny and sanitized into the collection basket.

There are currently 3 series of dryers available which differ mainly in size and therefore in production capacity: MP line - the most compact machines; AS500 - the perfect combination of size and productivity and K line - the largest and most high-performance machines.
