Ideal for recreating traditional flavors and cooking systems. The homogeneous distribution of heat allows you to make sauces and slow cooking that require a constant temperature in the best possible way. The large, perfectly smooth surface allows for great freedom of use both with pans of unconventional shapes, even very large ones, and as a support surface next to the burners. The plate is divided into 4 independent zones ( 2.25 kW each ) in which it is possible to adjust the temperature as desired. The radiant heating system allows for greater speed in reaching the temperature and less heat dispersion.

Worktop and front panels in AISI 304 stainless steel. Surface in special high thickness steel with 4 independent cooking zones. Heating via filament electric resistors, fixed under the plate and activated via energy regulators. Electrical operating light. Static electric oven entirely made of stainless steel, with 4-level supports for 2/1GN grills/trays. Grill with salamander function in the upper part and thermostat that allows accurate temperature regulation from 50° to 270° C. Line indicator light and temperature indicator light. Door and inner door pressed in AISI 304 stainless steel. Highly resistant door handle in AISI 304 steel, 20/10 thick. Adjustable feet. Standard: no. 1 anti-tipping oven rack.
