Structure entirely made of AISI 304 18/10 scotch brite stainless steel. Upper surface in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel printed with a relief imprint for supporting anti-overflow drip trays. Stabilized flame burners in black enamelled cast iron, acid-proof, with double crown 7.5 kW and single crown 3.5 kW and 5.5 kW. Single-burner and double-burner pan supports in acid-proof, enamelled cast iron with anti-overflow drip tray edge coupling. Removable drip trays for two AISI 304 18/10 burners, printed, patented design, rounded, 95 mm deep. Airtightness of the top provided by the combination of the edged surface, drip tray and burner grid. Safety valve taps on open burners with pilot flame and protected thermocouple. Manual burner ignition. Knobs and handles in heat-resistant material. Height-adjustable AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel feet.
