CHARACTERISTICS
- External covering panels made of 430 stainless steel, satin-finished on the surface, of great thickness, to guarantee robustness and an important thermal flywheel, which characterize the rapidity of heating and heat conservation.
- The exchanger-combustion chamber group, made of very thick 310-321 steel, not only ensures long life, but also ensures superior power to the oven, with consequent energy savings and reduction in heating and cooking times.
- High performance steamer with greater evaporation surfaces to make the steam flow reliable during continuous cycle cooking.
- The control panel includes: digital thermostat with selector for the manual version, cooking timer with ringtone, steam timer and various lights. Panel options: MANUAL (standard) or TOUCH SCREEN (optional accessory)
- Can be ordered in the following fuel systems: electric, gas, diesel or pellets
