Shipping costs and methods in Italy

This section indicates the shipping options available in Italy for goods sold and shipped via Ristofast logistics.

Italy

Shipments to Italy are always free for orders over €250 + VAT and excluding deliveries to the Islands, Calabria, Liguria, Venice and cap. disadvantaged. In these locations, shipping costs may vary based on the weight and size of the item. For larger products (with dimensions equal to or greater than 200 cm, including packaging) and for glass or custom-made products, which therefore require dedicated delivery, a shipping fee will be paid.

To summarize, shipments to Italy are always free, with the exception of some conditions:

  • Deliveries to the Islands, Calabria, Liguria, Venice or cap. disadvantaged
  • Deliveries of goods larger than 200cm
  • Deliveries of glass products
  • Deliveries of orders under 250 euros

We remind you that the courier will deliver to the street level, unless otherwise requested.

The delivery times indicated are indicative and start from the moment of receipt of payment and include both production and shipping times (except for products in "READY FOR DELIVERY").

The “READY FOR DELIVERY” label means that the product is available and ready to be shipped.

Below are the shipping options available on the site, which the customer can click and select based on which type of delivery they wish to receive:

Standard Shipping (Free)

Delivery included AT STREET LEVEL. For larger products, the tail lift is included. Delivery times from 2 to 20 working days based on product timing.

Free Depending on production times, delivery times may vary.

Scheduled shipping/by appointment

Delivery from Monday to Friday on the day that will be defined on the phone with the operator. It will be possible to schedule delivery once the goods are ready to be shipped. It is not possible to define the time slot, the latter will be communicated by the operator.

€29 per line In case of impossibility to guarantee the scheduled day, Ristofast will undertake to refund the extra service.

Collection on site

Collection by the customer at the warehouse in Via Luigi Negrelli 56, 20851 Lissone MB

Free

Please wait for confirmation that the goods are ready for collection.


How to accept the goods upon delivery by the courier.

Ristofast Srl carefully checks the perfect condition of the goods and packaging before shipping.
The advice, especially in the case of bulky goods, is to ALWAYS accept the goods by affixing the writing "With Reserve" above the acceptance note , and by doing so you declare that you are accepting the package but you reserve the right to subsequently verify that the contents are intact. This is because, by law, the courier does not allow you to open the package until the delivery note has been physically signed .
Furthermore, before signing "with reserve", check that the packaging is perfectly intact. In the event that even the slightest anomaly is found in the condition of the goods or packaging, it is essential to write clearly and very specifically on the delivery note and/or DDT the anomaly found (e.g. box dented on the left side, pallet damaged, dented goods etc.) and that the goods are accepted with reservation.
 To summarize: Always accept the goods with the following statement : "I accept subject to inspection of the goods" . If there is an anomaly, add a short description as follows: "Goods are accepted with reserve. Check for visible damage on the carton/pallet etc...".
If these instructions are not followed, Ristofast Srl will not be liable in any case for faults or damage found on the goods and will not make any type of refund or replacement under warranty.

The following section indicates the international shipping conditions available in Europe for goods sold and shipped by Ristofast.

Ristofast is also able to deliver to Europe (EEC and EXTRA EEC countries).

The shipping cost is calculated on a quote from one of our operators and is paid by the customer.

We remind you that the courier will deliver to the street level.

The delivery times indicated are indicative and start from the moment of receipt of payment and include both production and shipping times (except for products in "READY FOR DELIVERY").

For deliveries in Europe, 5 working days must be added to the standard delivery times published in the product sheet, as they are intended for Italy.

The “READY FOR DELIVERY” label means that the product is available and ready to be shipped, therefore it does not have to be put into production.

Additional costs for companies with non-Italian VAT numbers:

  •       Insurance covering the entire order amount
  • Foreign order management costs for documentation and customs clearance
