Worktop and front and side panels in 304 stainless steel. Stainless steel interior. Glass ceramic top with a thickness of 6 mm. Electrical resistors capable of reaching high temperatures (500°C) heat the hob by radiation. Circular zone heating circuit: with 300 mm diameter and 4 kW power. The areas are highlighted by special silk-screen printing which allows correct positioning of the pans. After each individual zone is turned off, a light signals the residual heat up to 60°C, to safeguard the operator's safety. Electric oven with Incoloy stainless steel heating elements with increased diameter. Grill with salamander function in the upper part and thermostat that allows accurate temperature regulation from 50° to 270°C. Oven chamber in AISI 430, with 4-level supports and pressed and ribbed stainless steel inner door. Line indicator light and temperature indicator light. Handles with high resistance double mold in AISI 304 stainless steel, thickness 20/10.

The thickness of the top, equal to 60/10, and the precision in regulating the temperature, allow you to work in complete safety. Glass ceramic cookers reach 500°C in a few seconds and are equipped with a warning light, positioned on the hob, which signals the presence of residual heat up to 60°C. In induction cookers, energy saving is ensured by immediately reaching the maximum temperature inside the cooking containers while keeping the hob completely cold. The high energy efficiency is given by the absence of heat dispersion and consumption reduced by over 30%.
