The homogeneous distribution of heat allows you to make sauces and slow cooking that require a constant temperature in the best possible way. The large, perfectly smooth surface allows for great freedom of use both with pans of unconventional shapes, even very large ones, and as a support surface next to the burners. The plate is divided into 4 independent zones of 2.25 kW each in which it is possible to adjust the temperature as desired. The radiant heating system allows for greater speed in reaching the temperature and less heat dispersion.
