The ECO POWER SERIES is characterized by all burners with 120 mm diameter and 6 kW power and by a single burner with 3.5 kW power and reduced diameter, guaranteeing maximum versatility of use. Single and independent grills for better maneuverability and easier cleaning. High-power watertight burners, made entirely of cast iron with a nickel-plated external finish, guaranteed for life and hermetically fixed on a pressed AISI 304 stainless steel work surface. Enamelled cast iron pan support grids resistant to thermal and mechanical stress. The ovens are built entirely in stainless steel and are available with both gas and electric power, static and convection. The joints between equipment are designed to be precise and easy to clean. Optional electric ignition of fires, doors for open compartment.

Worktop and front panels in AISI 304 stainless steel. Burners entirely in cast iron, guaranteed for life, operated by a valved tap and fixed liquid-tight to the deep drawn AISI 304 steel worktop. Safety thermocouple on both models. Equipped with pilot flame protected by a brass cover for easy cleaning and maintenance. Static gas oven equipped with pilot flame entirely made of stainless steel, with 4-level supports for 2/1GN grills and trays. Oven burner with self-stabilised flame and thermostat adjustable from 160°C to 280°C. Printed door front without gasket for greater insulation and cleaning. Door and inner door pressed in AISI 304 stainless steel. Highly resistant door handle in AISI 304 steel, 20/10 thick. Adjustable feet. Standard: Piezoelectric oven ignition, no. 1 anti-tipping oven rack.
