DESCRIPTION The use of fryers in pastry shops requires machines with technical and structural characteristics different from those suitable for gastronomy. Thanks to the large cooking surface and the shallow depth of the bowl, it is possible to fry even the most delicate or large desserts such as donuts, krapfen and pancakes evenly and without overlapping pieces.
The tanks are made entirely of steel, with rounded corners and molded bottom for maximum cleanability. Upon request they can be supplied with a lateral drip tray, applicable both on the right and left of the appliance, and with an anti-floating net to guarantee total coverage of the food in the oil.
Heating via high-performance armored resistors. For easier cleaning of the tank, the resistors are equipped with a rotation device that allows them to be lifted.
It is possible to fix the equipment on special open supports, on open or closed cabinets with hinged doors.
