The particular design allows you to cook fish, meat and vegetables, preventing fat burning. Two zones with separate controls for independent and optimal temperature regulation. All components are easily removable for regular maintenance and cleaning operations. Long length watertight drawer completely made of steel for the collection of ash and grease.
