Structure entirely made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel with scotch brite finish. Rounded upper surface in AISI 304 stainless steel, 2.0 mm thick, with smoke exhaust chimney. “V” shaped stainless steel grill for collecting cooking fats. Rod grill for cooking fish (on request). Front channel with drain hole and removable oil and fat collection drawer. High efficiency three flame tube gas burners with valved tap, thermocouple and piezo electric ignition, with max-min temperature adjustment. Knobs and handles in athermal material. Height-adjustable feet in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel. CE certification of conformity.
